The prompts that solicit your review are stupid. I bought this app ... and it is my choice whether or not I want to review it. While I was on a jeep trail and needed to get coordinates, I was interrupted by a request to review the app. Why? Prompts were NOT part of the feature list. At least give the option to NEVER ask again if I dont want to review. Since this isnt an option, here is my review. Other than this developer shoving stuff in your face, its a great app and something I use frequently.

WARNING! DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. Upon first opening it, it opened a dialog box that wanted to verify my current coordinates. IT WAS MY PASSWORD TO UNLOCK THE PHONE IN PLAIN TEXT. Somehow it recorded my keystrokes. I HAVE ALREADY REPORTED THIS TO APPLE!

Nice interface, still figuring out all the settings. Looks like it has a bit of a learning curve to utilize all the features.

Compass only without maps

Awesome app once you really start to figure out how to use it. I use it mostly for hunting and it is great for that. But, if you are going to get the paid version get spyglass which is the same app with more functionality like a camera that is cool for pics in the field of features you want to remember and a range finder as well as augmented reality if you need that for anything.
